Writer's picture: Hiroe RoseHiroe Rose

Nori (seaweed) has become more popular as Sushi has become popular. It is known as an important ingredients for Maki Sushi (rolled Sushi.) There are two types: fresh ones and dried ones. Fresh ones are often eaten in salad or soup, but dried ones are used mostly for Sushi. Difference between Japanese seaweed and Korean seaweed is that Korean seaweed comes with salt and sesame oil while Japanese seaweed has none.
