Growing up in Japan, I am used to eat fish, and I intend to encourage my family to enjoy sea food. My husband tells me that it's dangerous to go to aquarium with me, because everything looks delicious to me. (Yes, I know that they are there for education... but still....)
Anyway, if/when have leftover fish meat, you can dismantle fish meat (separate from skin and bone - very wise to use surgical glove!) put them in a plastic bag, press out as much air as possible, and freeze.
If you want to recycle the fish meat and make something new (it can be any types of fish, crab, or shrimp,) here is one recipe which can make an awesome new dish. And this is a fun recipe, making with kids!
