"OK, so I made fried rice, but couldn't finish eating them. What shall I do?" a friend of mine asked me.
"Well, make it as an omelett." was my answer.
This is what my mother used to do. It was one of my favorites. The trick is to write kids' (or anyone's) name with ketchup.
Ingredients:
Leftover fried rice
2 eggs per omelett.
Directions:
1) Whisk eggs lightly with folk.
2) Grease the frying pan, and pour the egg and spread into a round sheet.
3) Place the fried rice and roll them
4) Write name or face with ketchup.
