What to do with leftovers?: Pork chop into Wok

Updated: Jul 28, 2020

Leftover shouldn't be something sad. There are so many ways to create a brand-new dish by using leftovers.

Here is a suggestion on what to do with leftovers.

My husband BBQ-ed pork chop, and we had 2 slices left.

So, I added what I had in fridge and freezer and made them into Wok!

Ingredients:

2 pieces leftover BBQ-ed pork chop - sliced into strips

1 Paprika

2 carrots

handful of sugar peas

1 piece ginger - finely chopped

1 bag of frozen broccoli

ca 3 tbs oyster sauce

ca 3 tbs sweet chilli sauce

Directions:

1) Chop paprika, carrots, and sugar peas into a bite size.

2) Fry ginger in cooking oil. When it started giving aroma, add carrots.

3) Add frozen broccoli and close the lid until they warm up.

4) Add sugar pea, paprika, pork, oyster sauce, and sweet chilli sauce.
